Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- The product value will be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a store error or defective item.
Process
Once the return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
