All orders are shipped via USPS across the United States.
Order processing
Once payment is completed, the order is automatically confirmed and a tracking token is generated and sent to the customer by email.
Maleta Chic also receives the order confirmation by email, which is used to generate the shipping label.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. In most cases, orders placed today are shipped the next business day. Same-day shipping is rare.
Shipping & delivery
Once the USPS label is generated and the package is handed over to USPS, the shipment enters their logistics system and delivery times depend entirely on USPS routing and handling.
Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 3 to 7 business days.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number that becomes active once USPS scans the package. From that moment, the shipment can be tracked in real time through USPS systems.
